1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Hoxus app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Use of the Service

Hoxus provides immersive video content for Apple Vision Pro. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Some content requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, graphics, and software, is owned by Hoxus or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

5. User Conduct

You are responsible for any content you submit, such as comments and feedback. You agree not to post unlawful, offensive, or infringing material. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hoxus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
